These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the sis4d platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on sis4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on sis4d. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All promotional bonuses awarded by sis4d are subject to specific wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover condition has been fully satisfied.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any part of the sis4d Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sis4d strictly prohibits access by minors. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and forfeit any balance on the account in accordance with our Minor Protection Policy.
The Platform is designed primarily for use by residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using sis4d is lawful in your jurisdiction. sis4d makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Indonesia. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
By registering, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from gambling or entering contracts, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
To access betting and gaming services on sis4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. sis4d employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed without notice, and all balances in those accounts will be voided and forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
sis4d will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from sis4d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sis4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information is detected, and to void and forfeit any balance held in that account.
sis4d processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sis4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on sis4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sis4d does not apply currency conversion to Member accounts. If your payment provider converts currencies on their end, any conversion fees or exchange-rate losses are solely your responsibility.
All bets placed on sis4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game type. These product-level rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these general Terms, the product-level rules shall prevail in relation to that specific bet or game.
A bet is only considered accepted and binding once you have received a confirmed bet reference number from the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or insufficient account balance are not valid and carry no financial obligation on either party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error that results in an obviously incorrect odd, payout, or game outcome, sis4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the relevant Member accounts. sis4d's decision regarding technical errors is final and binding.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time in response to match events. Bets accepted prior to the suspension of a market will stand unless they are voided under Clause 5.3. sis4d accepts no liability for connectivity losses that prevent a Member from placing or amending an in-play bet.
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on sis4d is strictly prohibited. sis4d also prohibits the use of arbitrage betting strategies where such strategies are identified as systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies rather than representing genuine recreational engagement with the Platform. sis4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited strategies are detected.
sis4d may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game types, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where applicable, override the general bonus provisions of this Clause 6.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period without compensation.
Bonus Funds, free bets, and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. sis4d does not offer any cash alternative to any promotional offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis4d Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the below activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals held pending investigation, and all relevant evidence may be shared with appropriate authorities:
sis4d reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents from any Member at any time, and will always do so before processing withdrawal requests above the standard threshold. Members who fail to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified in sis4d's request will have their withdrawal request placed on hold until the verification is completed.

All documents must be government-issued, valid (not expired), and submitted as clear, legible photographs or scans showing all four corners of the document. Edited, cropped, or digitally altered documents will not be accepted and will result in immediate account suspension.
Where required, sis4d may request evidence that a Member owns and controls the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits. This may include a screenshot of the payment app showing the account holder's name, or a bank statement showing the account name and number. The name on the payment method must match the name provided during account registration exactly.
For Members who deposit or withdraw large amounts, sis4d may request evidence of the source of funds used to bet on the Platform. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not intended to be accusatory. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in a withdrawal being held or an account being temporarily restricted.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, sis4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their sis4d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sis4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. sis4d will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Members as soon as practicable and to restore normal service as quickly as circumstances permit.
sis4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sis4d reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members, or for any other legitimate operational or regulatory reason. In the event of account closure due to a breach by the Member, sis4d may retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages.
You may close your sis4d account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. sis4d will process the final withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 7, 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect following termination.
sis4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sis4d will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which sis4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. sis4d operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform and is not regulated by any Indonesian domestic authority.
